In 2017 our company changed. The business remains the same, but the look and feel of the At Home Apartments brand has evolved. For 24 years we’ve been a rather quiet property development and management company. That all changed when we committed to an aggressive goal: to add 200 rental units to our portfolio each year. And we have! Our recent new developments have increased our units to over 4,500 in a matter of a few years. We continue to build new apartment communities in response to a high level of housing demand.
With the additional properties comes the demand for more staff. We’ve been filling the need by welcoming new employees to the AHA team. Soon we will be breaking ground on a new office building near our leasing office on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul. We are proud to be celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year and our new headquarters will be a welcomed benefit to the many advantages of working with At Home.
As our portfolio grows so does the need to market and promote our amazing properties. We launched this new responsive website in April and now display a fresh look with a logo and bold color pallet that broadcasts our desired message of “Making people feel At Home for 25 years!”
