AT HOME LEASING 101
We ask that you contact the community you are interested in and we can then work with you to find the best time to fit both of our schedules. Out of respect for the health and safety of our current residents, we are only able to show unoccupied apartments. You will be required to wear a mask while in the building in accordance with Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-81. We also offer virtual tours of our apartments.
Yes. Our leasing agents can provide you with a private virtual tour so you find your new home from your couch. Contact the leasing office of the property you are interested in to schedule your virtual tour.
While you may stop by the community at any time, we recommend that you schedule a tour with our staff to ensure a leasing agent is available to meet with you. Please note that we are only able to show unoccupied apartments at this time and you will be required to wear a mask while in the building in accordance with Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-81.
