Introducing: The Preserve at Stone Gate

The Preserve at Stone Gate is a brand-new, luxury townhome community currently under construction in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This project will be delivered in two phases, with the first phase welcoming residents home this fall! This community will offer 3 different floor plans to choose from, along with a pickleball court, walking and biking trails, and beautifully landscaped areas. Each home will come equipped with upscale finishes, stainless steel appliances, a patio with a gas grill, and an attached two-stall garage.

Lakewood Isles: A Brand New Fitness Center

Lakewood Isles Apartments, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, partnered with Torque Fitness to create an upscale fitness center that rivals all others. Our revamped space boasts a wide range of cardio machines and top-notch strength training equipment. The “Mega Unit” includes everything from foam rollers, dumbbells, medicine balls, and heavy bags to benches, battle rope anchors, and rock climbing. Our goal with this renovation was to create a modern and spacious fitness center in the community that rivals all other gyms. Making Lakewood Isles, the place to be.
