Higher Learning And Living

Home to Macalester College and the University of St. Thomas, the Mac-Groveland neighborhood offers more than just higher education, but a higher quality of life. With great neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops, parks, two rec centers, a movie theater, country club and bike paths, this St. Paul neighborhood is full of energy and appeal. Add to that its proximity to Grand Avenue and Summit Avenue, and the fact that it’s only about five miles to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, and you’ll understand why Mac-Groveland is so popular among people of all ages.
