1. What is your favorite thing about your role?
Nicole Sinna, The Reserve at Sono, Maintenance Technician
“My favorite thing about being a maintenance technician is the diversity of work. You will see us on site every day doing repairs, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, etc. We value making the resident experience as comfortable as possible and take pride in keeping our properties looking nice.”
Zack Boderman, Plymouth, Leasing Specialist
“I love the new connections that I get to make with prospects and residents! It brings me joy to see the happiness on people’s faces when they are presented with the keys to their new home.”
Riley Tansey, Woodlane, Lead Maintenance Technician
“I enjoy working through puzzling issues with our other techs. It’s gratifying when I can be in the position to help our techs understand new issues they come across, so we can all feel more confident in our work.”
2. What is a fun fact about your community?
Shannon Arndt, CityVue and CV2, Leasing Specialist
“CityVue is the tallest building in Dakota County.”
Spencer Mutsch, Minnetonka, Leasing Specialist
“The walking trails in our community connect directly to Bryant Lake Park, so you don’t even have to get in your car to go on a beautiful, scenic walk.”
Kami Ferguson, Minneapolis, Leasing Specialist
“Lakewood Isles and Metric are located right next to the Midtown Greenway. This biking and walking trail is about 6 miles long and runs between the Mississippi River and the Chain of Lakes.”
3. Describe your community in three words.
Riley Tansey, Woodlane, Lead Maintenance Technician
“Courteous, comfortable, and clean.”
Michael Kelm, South Suburbs, Assistant Property Manager
“Friendly, inviting, and lively.”
Adan Araujo, The Reserve at Mendota Village, Lead Maintenance Technician

4. What is some advice for prospective renters?
Shannon Arndt, CityVue and CV2, Leasing Specialist
“While you’re enjoying the rooftop views on our tour, take a look at everything you can walk to from our location.”
Spencer Mutsch, Minnetonka, Leasing Specialist
“We have a lot of variety in our apartments, so come with an open mind! You never know what you will like best until you actually step foot in it.”
Nicole Sinna, The Reserve at Sono, Maintenance Technician
“Get to know about the happenings at the property. Management often hosts social events to get to know the staff and your neighbors better. There is usually a great turnout so it’s a great opportunity to build community.”
