“My wife and I spent over a year with CV2. We were one of the first residents to apply and had the opportunity to be one of the first residents to move into the building as it was opening. CV2 is the BEST apartments in Eagan. We loved everything about CV2; it was truly living in luxury. It surprises and disheartens me to see the reviews reflect such inadequate descriptions of CV2. We never had issues with parking and always seemed to find open parking for both our vehicles. We enjoyed the ability to use the heated underground garage, especially during the snowy seasons. Staff and maintenance were always on top of our requests and responded in an appropriate amount of time. We also traveled frequently and took advantage of their mailroom, which was monitored and locked. CV2 is also located in the best part of Eagan, close to everything and right next to I35. We also had very sweet neighbors. For example, our neighbors got a new puppy and were having difficulties getting him to sleep throughout the night. We did not notice, but they came over, apologized, and gave us cookies. We loved every second at CV2, and if we ever need another apartment, CV2 is our first choice.” – Sterling E.
