AHA Office Culture

At Home Apartments is committed not only to its residents but also to its employees! We strive to do team bonding activities whenever it is possible and create a culture of engaging, collaborative, and supportive people. Here’s what we’ve been up to lately-

2022 Office Olympics

A member of the Grand & Gateway leasing team came up with the incredible idea to celebrate the 2022 Winter Olympics, with an Office Olympics of our own. In both a team competition and an individual competition, team members competed in 5 events- Speed typing, a general AHA knowledge quiz, a photo quiz, paper basketball, and shuffleboard- for the bronze, silver, and gold! The three teams that participated in these Olympics were West Grand, East Grand and Corporate. The team winner was East Grand- congratulations!

AHA Puzzle

Over the holidays, Collage Architects sent us an incredibly unique and fun gift- a puzzle, with a collage of a variety of AHA properties! Our team collaborated and employees were able to work on this puzzle whenever they had down time.  With interest quickly growing, we were able to get it done in just a few weeks. Thank you Collage Architects for the amazing gift!

Share Your Swag Contest

This past fall, following At Home Apartments rebrand, we put on a company-wide share your swag contest in order to showcase the new brand. Employees were encouraged to send the marketing department photos of them repping their new AHA swag. Submissions were split into two categories, individual and team. Upon receiving submissions, the whole company took to the polls. It was so much fun to see how creative our team got with their submission. The individual winners won “You Betcha” gift boxes and the leasing team winner won lunch on AHA. It was such a great contest!
