FT MAINTENANCE TECH – TWIN CITIES METRO
Maintenance Technicians perform various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance properties for the benefit of residents and building owners. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: painting, cleaning, demolition, basic plumbing, HVAC, flooring, landscaping, carpentry, basic electrical, and locksmithing. If you want to work for a strong/stable and ever-expanding company in a traditionally very stable industry, we should talk! We are committed to providing clean, quiet, and well-maintained apartments and townhomes and are looking for full-time Maintenance Technicians for our various rental apartment buildings and townhouse communities throughout the Twin Cities area.
