The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property and staff. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, passion for working with people, and a commitment to the overall “resident experience.” Maintaining awareness of property leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and budget goals are a few of the key deliverables of this position.

This position assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community. They are an active participant in various functions such as property leasing, collections, marketing, resident relations, apartment turnovers, and personnel administration (in the absence of the manager). The Assistant Property Manager also acts as the liaison between Property Manager and current and future residents. They possess a passion for the overall success of the resident experience, office staff development, property, and grounds.

As part of the leasing staff this part-time role is responsible for effectively selling and marketing AHA apartments while creating and maintaining prospective and current resident relationships. The successful candidate must possess a passion for working with people and an outgoing personality. The Leasing Agent or Leasing Consultant acts as the first point of contact for prospects and residents while assisting the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager in evaluating and maintaining overall property operations. This role thrives on customer care and goal resolution.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and necessary maintenance for individual apartments, buildings, and grounds. The Technician works directly with the Maintenance Coordinator, Property Manager, and remaining office staff to ensure routine maintenance tasks are complete, to oversee the turnover of units for move-ins and move-outs, and to maintain efficient operations of overall property and grounds.
