ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – EAGAN
Our CityVue & CV2 Apartments are upscale apartment communities located in the heart of Eagan. CityVue is the tallest building south of the river. With stunning views of the metro, rooftop lounges, an outdoor pool, and fitness studios residents love living here and now you can be a part of the CityVue/CV2 family too! Assistant Property Managers are responsible for effectively marketing and renting apartments while nurturing relationships with prospective and current residents. As the first point of contact for prospects and residents, this sales role is focused on providing exceptional customer care and goal resolution. The successful candidate must possess a passion for working with people and an outgoing personality. -
FT MAINTENANCE TECH – TWIN CITIES METRO
Maintenance Technicians perform various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance properties for the benefit of residents and building owners. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: painting, cleaning, demolition, basic plumbing, HVAC, flooring, landscaping, carpentry, basic electrical, and locksmithing. If you want to work for a strong/stable and ever-expanding company in a traditionally very stable industry, we should talk!
